Padders Footwear Fact
If you are unsure of your size, you can have your feet measured by a Padders' retailer - please refer to the Store locator to find an outlet nearest to you. Or you can refer to our fitting guide shown below. If you need any further information just call 01536 534977 and speak to one of our footwear specialists.
How do I order a pair of Padders' shoes?
You have three options:
- Locate a Padders' retailer nearest to you and have your shoes fitted
- Call Padders' direct on 01536 534977 to place an order
- Place an order direct on our website
How long will my shoes take to arrive if I order direct?
We will inform you immediately, if the shoes you require are not in stock. All orders are sent within 10 working days.
How do I return my Padders' shoes?
If you are not entirely happy with your Padders' shoes you may return them to us unworn within 14 days of receipt in the original shoebox and packaging provided. Please include a copy of our Returns Form.
What does Dual-Fit mean?
All our Dual-Fit styles have an extra insole or footbed giving you the flexibility of removing one of the footbeds if you would like a little more room. This also allows orthotics to be added if required.
Look out for the Dual-Fit logo throughout the site.
