When placing and paying for an order online, with T. Groocock & Co. (Rothwell) Limited, our accredited payment bureau, Protx, handles the transaction. In order to deliver any products to a customer T. Groocock & Co. (Rothwell) Limited requires the customer's name and address. This information is passed onto the chosen courier service that carries out our deliveries. We also require a contact telephone number in the event that the address needs to be clarified with the customer. Telephone numbers will only be passed onto the courier if they have problems contacting the customer.

Invoices, with details of the customers name and address, are sent out with the delivered products. Copies of these are sent to a third party accountant and may be viewed by auditors in some circumstances.

We may wish to advise you of special offers through your local stockist - they would therefore be given your address details (excluding phone numbers).

Third Parties referred to in this policy will not be allowed to use our customer's personal information for their own purposes.

Most of our shoes have leather uppers, linings and cushioned leather insoles. They are made for maximum comfort with padded collars around the heel to perfectly support the foot. Most of Padders shoes are also adjustable, to facilitate easy access and ease of use. A wider fitting is made possible by removal of the footbed. This also allows orthosis to be added where required.

Here at Padders we offer a huge range of men's and ladies wide fitting, comfort leather footwear. A variety of lace up and touch and close casual walking shoes with leather uppers, linings and insoles. The soles are made from PU giving a hard wearing, lightweight sole.
