Introducing Padders Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are always a great solution for both the ‘giver’ and ‘receiver’ and the redemption of vouchers often involves new customers 'through the door', giving you the ideal opportunity to develop a new relationship. Also voucher users invariably 'gross-up' their purchases to more than the voucher value.
There are 4 denominations available - £5, £10, £15 and £20, which can be brought on our website and come complete with greetings card.
The procedure for redeeming a voucher with you, the Padders retailer will be straightforward as follows:
1. Consumer presents gift voucher to retailer to pay for goods.
2. Retailer calls Padders on 01536 534999 to check voucher security number to make sure voucher has not ALREADY been used. The security number is a 6 figure number printed in the bottom left-hand corner on the back of the voucher.
3. Gift vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation and each individual retailer reserves the right not to accept any vouchers that have or appear to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with. To deface a voucher will render it invalid.
4. If the total cost of the item/s your customer wishes to purchase exceeds the value of the vouchers, they can make up the difference with another form of payment.
5. No change can be given on Padders gift vouchers.
6. Retailer retains vouchers, which should then be returned to Padders Sales office, Kettering Parkway East, Kettering Venture Park, Kettering, NN15 6WY. 7. Once Padders receive the vouchers back, we will credit the FULL AMOUNT of the voucher to your account.
8. Gift vouchers cannot be refunded. We cannot extend vouchers that are near expiration. We cannot replace vouchers that have expired.
9. We cannot re-issue or refund lost, stolen, mislaid or damaged Padders gift vouchers.
10. Padders’ gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or for goods already supplied or ordered.
11. These vouchers are not transferable to anyone else.
12. Gift vouchers are valid for the duration of one year.
