We are thrilled to announce that Padders is moving to a new, larger warehouse to improve our operations and serve you better! As we make this transition, we want to keep you informed about how it may impact your orders. Orders may experience delays of up to 14 working days. Please allow an extended period of 10-14 working days for your orders to arrive. We anticipate returning to normal shipping times by late October 2024.

Why is Padders relocating its warehouse?
We’re moving to a larger space to improve efficiency and offer an even better service to our customers. This will also include weekend despatches and a wider choice of delivery services.
How long will the delays last?
We expect the extended delivery window to last for approximately 30 days whilst we ensure a seamless transition. Our team is working hard to minimise disruption so this will hopefully be sooner.
Can I still place an order?
Yes, you can still place orders as usual, but please be aware of potential delays in processing and shipping and allow up to 14 working days to receive your order.
Can I still order using the ‘Express’ shipping option?
No, we have disabled the ‘Express’ shipping option temporarily.
Will returns be affected?
