Delivery/Returns

T. Groocock & Co. (Rothwell) Limited delivery to locations in the UK only and the ROI.
The order will be delivered to the billing address unless otherwise requested.
Deliveries will be made by T. Groocock & Co. (Rothwell) Limited's chosen courier service or Royal Mail.
If you are unavailable to receive the product the courier/Royal Mail will post a note through the door and take the delivery to your nearest depot.
We do not deliver to PO Box numbers, hotels or hostels.

Standard delivery (5-10 working days) - £4.25 per order.

Express delivery (2-3 working days) - £5.50 per order.

Accessories only - Royal Mail standard delivery - £1.50 per order.

ROI DPD delivery - We do deliver to Republic of Ireland by courier, please make sure to dropdown to specify the correct postage costs 'with DPD Republic of Ireland'. Please also provide a phone number for us to pass to the courier driver - £9.00 per order


Free Return Information

Customers in the UK may return products within 28 days if purchased via our website or customer service line using our FREEPOST TRACKED SERVICE. Please use the following link using the step by step instructions to print your return label. You will require your Order number as seen on the despatch note and choose reason for return.

Returns not purchased directly from us will not be accepted.

It would be helpful to enclose the returns form so that we can trace the order back and refund or exchange as applicable.

We recommend that you request a 'proof of posting' receipt from the Post Office.
If the returns are not in their original condition and packaging or has parts missing, T. Groocock & Co. (Rothwell) Limited reserves the right to reject the returned item(s) and decline a replacement or refund for the product.
If the return is accepted, T. Groocock & Co. (Rothwell) Limited will refund the price that has been paid for the products by crediting the payment card. Delivery costs will not be refunded.
We will only accept returns for products bought on this website. We cannot accept any products bought through other distribution channels. Proof of purchase is required in the form of an original invoice.

Using our own systems of design and manufacture, we've gone right back to basics to work out how shoes can be made lighter, more comfortably supportive and durable. Most of our shoes have leather uppers, linings and cushioned leather insoles. They are made for maximum comfort with padded collars around the heel to perfectly support the foot. Most of Padders shoes are also adjustable, to facilitate easy access and ease of use. A wider fitting is made possible by removal of the footbed. This also allows orthosis to be added where required.

Here at Padders we offer a huge range of men's and ladies wide fitting, comfort leather footwear. A variety of lace up and touch and close casual walking shoes with leather uppers, linings and insoles. The soles are made from PU giving a hard wearing, lightweight sole.
