Depending on the delivery service you choose will depend on the speed.
Royal Mail Standard delivery (5-10 working days) - £4.25 per order.
Royal Mail Express delivery (2-3 working) - £5.50 per order.
Accessories only - Royal Mail standard delivery - £1.50 per order.
ROI DPD delivery - We do deliver to Republic of Ireland by courier, please make sure to dropdown to specify the correct postage costs 'with DPD Republic of Ireland'. Please also provide a phone number for us to pass to the courier driver - £9.00 per order
Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday.
The order will be delivered to the billing address unless otherwise requested. Deliveries will be made by T. Groocock & Co. (Rothwell) Limited's chosen courier service or Royal Mail.
If you are unavailable to receive the product the courier/Royal Mail will post a note through the door and take the delivery to your nearest depot. We do not deliver to PO Box numbers, hotels or hostels.
We offer FREE RETURNS on all orders, including footwear in our Offers section.
To ensure we are offering the best service possible, we recommend you always try your new shoes on a carpeted floor, and return unworn footwear within 14 days of receipt, in the original shoe box and packaging provided.
Requesting an exchange. Simply fill in the table on the reverse of the dispatch note with your required exchange product. If there is a difference in price and you have paid by card, we can refund your payment onto our secure payment site. If the price difference is more, we are also able to take an adjustment transaction on our secure payment site without needing any further details from you. Alternatively, if you have paid by cheque and the price difference between products is more, please enclose a cheque for the difference payable to Padders. Please also fill in the reason for returns form at the bottom of the form.
Requesting a refund. To request a refund, simply tick the box on the reverse of the dispatch note. We will refund your card, or send a return cheque once we have received the shoes back. Please also fill in the reason for returns form at the bottom of the form.
We enclose a peel-off returns label for ease of return, on the reverse of the dispatch note.
If you have misplaced your dispatch note, please call to request for a copy to be sent on 01536 534977.
Please enclose the returns form provided so that we can trace the order back and refund or exchange as applicable.
We recommend that you request a 'proof of posting' receipt from the Post Office.
If the returns are not in their original condition and packaging or has parts missing, T. Groocock & Co. (Rothwell) Limited reserves the right to reject the returned item(s) and decline a replacement or refund for the product. If the return is accepted, T. Groocock & Co. (Rothwell) Limited will refund the price that has been paid for the products by crediting the payment card. Delivery costs will not be refunded.
We will only accept returns for products bought on this website. We cannot accept any products bought through other distribution channels. Proof of purchase is required in the form of an original invoice.
In the UK the standard rate for VAT is 20%. Individuals who are chronically sick or disabled can claim VAT Relief when they buy equipment that has been designed solely for disabled people and is for their own 'personal and domestic use'. This means that they pay the retail price without VAT included.
Padders gift vouchers are the perfect present for family and friends, redeemable against all of our men's and womens styles. They can be sent directly to your recipient, complete with greetings card. They are only redeemable directly with Padders.
To purchase a Padders gift voucher simply follow the steps below:
- Select a voucher below of the denomination you wish to purchase.
- Select the quantity of vouchers and the greetings card you would like to send with voucher.
- Add it to your basket as you would any other item and checkout as usual.
- Once payment has been authorised we will dispatch your gift vouchers First Class Royal Mail post. Please allow 5 working days for delivery of vouchers by First Class post.
- You can purchase multiple gift vouchers, however if they are intended for different recipients, be aware that all vouchers purchased in one transaction will be delivered to the same address. To have vouchers delivered to multiple people, you must treat each voucher purchase as a separate transaction.
- These gift vouchers can ONLY be redeemed online at www.padders.co.uk or by calling 01536 534977. They are NOT redeemable instore i.e. at independent retailers.
- Gift vouchers are valid for the duration of one year.
