Padders is part of Norwich Footwear Ltd.

In placing an order with us you are agreeing to the terms laid out below.

Ordering products

In order to be able to buy products over the Padders Website the customer must fulfill the following criteria:

  • Be over 18
  • Register with a real name, address, and phone number
  • Provide a delivery address within mainland UK (PO Box numbers, hotels & hostels are not applicable)
  • Use a valid credit or debit card to purchase products
  • When placing an order, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
  • All prices listed on padders.co.uk are correct at the time of entering the information, however, we reserve the right to change the prices of any product at any time. We charge Value Added Tax on orders where we are required by law to do so.
  • No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and padders.co.uk until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you. When this happens we will confirm the acceptance by sending you an email.
  • This confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will detail products ordered, payment method, cost (including VAT and P&P), and usual delivery times.
  • You must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.
  • If your order has not been accepted or is unavailable, you will receive an email from us telling you the reasons why.
  • No more than one discount voucher, code and offer can be used at any time.
  • Padders reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will not be charged for any order until the item is dispatched.


The product price includes VAT but does not include postage.

Norwich Footwear Ltd will try to ensure that prices on the Website are correct. However, in the event of there being an error, the following will happen. If the correct price is lower than stated on the Website the customer will be charged the lower price. If the correct price is higher than stated on the Website the customer will be notified of this change. If the customer no longer wishes to order the product at that price then they may cancel their order.

Prices are subject to change and Norwich Footwear Ltd reserves the right to change prices without notice, prior to a customer placing an order.


We cannot guarantee the availability of products advertised on their Website. Although we will monitor the website closely, there may be situations when stock availability information on the website is incorrect. In this instance, the customer will be contacted by a member of the Padders' Customer Service team and advised of the problem. The customer may cancel their order should such a problem arise.

We aim to deliver products on time (within 10 working days); however, there may be situations where target dates cannot be met. Therefore, delivery times are non-binding and we cannot ensure that a certain time or date will be met.

The customer must examine the products upon delivery, checking the condition and that the delivery is complete. It is the customers' responsibility to inform Padders Customer Service team of any damages or incomplete deliveries at the time of delivery or within a reasonable time.


Payment can be made by Credit or Debit card (excluding American Express). The customers' payment card will be charged when Norwich Footwear Ltd has accepted the order. We cannot supply products to a customer until the card issuer has authorized the use of the card for that payment. Card payment can be made online or over the telephone. Alternatively, payment can be made by a postal order or by sending a cheque to Norwich Footwear Ltd. If a customer does not wish to make a payment online they should contact us by email or telephone and a member of our sales team will be happy to help.

Delivery information

We Ltd delivers to locations in the mainland UK only. The order will be delivered to the billing address unless otherwise requested.

Deliveries will be made by Norwich Footwear Ltd's chosen courier service.

We are unfortunately unable to deliver to ROI, Jersey, Guernsey, or Isle of Man at this time.

Delivery costs

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard DELIVERY on all UK mainland orders above £20.

Standard delivery - within 7 working days - £3.50 (For orders under £20)

Accessories only - Standard Delivery - £1.50

We are currently unable to deliver to the Republic Of Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, or the Isle of Man.  We apologise for any inconvenience. 

Returns & refunds

It is always our aim to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase and we realise that getting you the right shoe with the correct fit is really important.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return the shoes to us in an unworn condition and in their original packaging within 90 days of having received them and we will arrange a refund to the value of goods ordered.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns at this time, as we are looking for a new shipping partner.  We apologise for this inconvenience and hope to offer this service again soon.  For now, shipping costs for the return of a product are the customer’s responsibility.

There are many but we recommend your Royal Mail Post Office as the simplest solution.

Please remember to enclose the returns form sent with your parcel to help us track your order more easily, ensuring we can provide a refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for items not purchased directly from us.


The manufacturer's warranty covers all products. Any faulty items should be reported by email or by telephone to the Padders' Customer Services as soon as the fault occurs. The customer will be advised of the procedure for returning faulty products and a replacement, where applicable, will be delivered.


Please note that although PU is a hardwearing, durable, and lightweight material, it is also biodegradable and will ‘break down’ over a long period of time.

This is hugely beneficial for the environment but can cause disappointment if a shoe is not worn, stored for a long period and then ‘breaks down’ when subsequently used.

Since 1997, we have used an additive called Staboxyl, which slows down the biodegradable process. Any Padders shoes manufactured before this date will not have this additive.

Colour transfer

We cannot guarantee that all of our products are entirely colourfast and therefore there may be some colour loss experienced during wear.

Padders slippers

Padders' slippers are manufactured with hardwearing yet lightweight vulcanised rubber outsoles, designed specifically to be worn indoors. Wearing them outdoors, especially in damp conditions or ‘high traffic’ areas may cause damage to the outsoles or deposits of dirt to be picked up. As a result, the outsole could then cause marking on light surfaces.

You should also avoid walking on wet surfaces indoors as this could cause colour transference to other flooring.

We cannot, therefore, be held responsible for any colour transference from the slippers to anything including carpet, flooring, furniture, upholstery or clothing.
