Delivery Information

We want Padders shoes to be accessible to everyone, that’s why we offer a comprehensive range of delivery options. Our shoes can be delivered to all locations throughout the UK and Ireland at the prices listed below. Please contact us for delivery charges to other countries, for Republic of Ireland see below.

All orders will be delivered to the given billing address unless otherwise requested and will be made by our chosen courier service or Royal Mail. If nobody is home to the accept the delivery, the courier will leave a card and the parcel will be taken to your nearest depot. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Box numbers, hotels or hostels.

We are pleased to offer FREE DELIVERY on all UK orders over £80.00

Standard delivery - within 5 working days - £3.50

Express delivery - 1 to 2 working days - £6.00

Accessories only - Royal Mail standard delivery - £1.50

Republic of Ireland – DPD delivery - £9.00

All deliveries to the Republic of Ireland are made via DPD. Please specify this when making your order to ensure the correct postage costs are displayed. We would be grateful if you could also provide a mobile number for us to give to the courier driver.

Free returns

All orders placed through our website or via our customer service phone line and dispatched to the UK, are eligible for free returns. Products must be returned in an unworn condition, within 28 days of purchase to qualify. To generate your free returns label, click here and follow the step-by-step instructions. You will need your order number which can be found on the dispatch note. We recommend you ask for proof of postage when sending your order back to us.

Please remember to enclose the returns form sent with your parcel to help us track your order more easily, ensuring we can provide a refund or exchange as quickly as possible. It is integral that returned items are received in their original condition and shoe box. If this is not the case, T. Groocock & Co. (Rothwell) Limited reserves the right to reject the returned items and decline a replacement or refund for the product.

Once a return has been accepted, T. Groocock & Co. (Rothwell) Limited will refund the price that was paid for the products by crediting the payment card used for the purchase. Regrettably, we cannot refund for any delivery costs on the order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for items not purchased directly from us.
