We are pleased to offer FREE Standard delivery on all UK orders above £50.00.

Standard  – Evri 3-7 working days - £3.95

Express    – DHL Parcel 1-2 working days - £5.95*

All deliveries are currently to UK addresses only. We cannot ship to ROI, Jersey, Guernsey, or the Isle of Man.

* UK mainland only. The Next Day Service is not available in some remote locations. If you still require an expedited service we cannot guarantee this to be 24hrs.  

All orders will be delivered to the billing address provided so please check all details are correct at the time of order. Our systems are highly integrated with those of our couriers, and once orders are submitted we are unable to amend delivery information.



We aim to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase and understand the importance of getting you the right shoe with the correct fit.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return the shoes to us in an unworn condition, in their original packaging, within 90 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund to the value of those goods ordered.

How can I return my shoes?

You can return your item/s in four easy steps.

1. Tick the item/s you wish to return on your Order Receipt.
2. Create your free label on our website: you will have a choice of two carriers to return your goods. DPD or DHL.
3. Print your label and attach it to your package, remembering to enclose your Order Receipt in the box before sealing.
    No printer? No problem, there is also a DHL 'paperless' option for drop-off locations that can process your return via a scannable code from your smartphone.
4. Take your parcel to the most convenient location of your chosen carrier.

To help you track your return, we will send an email once in transit and also when we receive your parcel.

Please note: Our returns labels do not work at DHL Express Service Points 


How long do I have to return my order?
You can return an item in its original condition within 90 days of receipt.

When will I receive my refund?
Once delivered please allow 7 working days for us to process your refund.

Refund of original postage cost?
If we receive your whole order back within 14 days we will refund our standard postage cost for any outbound postage paid.

Delivery charges for refunded orders over £50?
If your original order is over £50 you will qualify for free outbound delivery.
However, should a return reduce your spending to less than £50 any refund will be subject to £3.95 adjustment. 

What is your return address?
Our return address will be printed on the label once you complete your online return.

If you wish to use an alternative service at your own cost you can return your parcel to:

Please remember to enclose the returns form to ensure we can provide a refund as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items not purchased directly from us.

All shoe care products are non-refundable.



Unfortunately, with our stock constantly changing, we cannot guarantee availability.
We, therefore, advise placing a new order in lieu of a refund on your original purchase.


Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to take orders outside of the UK.
